日中正常化１５周年の１９８７年にキングレコードより発売。作詞作曲は中国で人気の「北国の春」を作曲した遠藤実、歌は芦京子による。美しい西湖の景色のように日本と中国の友好と平和がいつまでも続くよう願いを込めた曲。In 1987, on the 15th anniversary of the normalization of relations between Japan and China, this song was released by King Record Co.,Ltd. The lyrics and composition were done by Minoru Endo, the composer of the popular Chinese song "Kitaguni no Haru" and it was sung by Kyoko Ashi. This song was composed with the hope that the friendship and peace between Japan and China, like the beautiful scenery of West Lake, would continue forever.
